Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of all Giveaways is:

2. Who Can Enter

• Giveaways are open to UK residents aged 18 or over unless otherwise stated.
• Employees of EATINOUT LTD, its partners, suppliers, or anyone directly connected with the organisation of the Giveaway are not eligible.
• Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

3. How to Enter

Entry methods will be clearly stated on the promotional material (e.g., Facebook/Instagram post, landing page, website).

Typical entry methods include:

• Commenting or interacting with a social media post
• Signing up on a landing page
• Completing an email capture form

Only entries that follow the stated instructions correctly and fully will be valid.

Multiple entries may or may not be permitted depending on the specific Giveaway; if permitted, this will be stated in the promotional post.

4. Opening & Closing Dates

• Each Giveaway will specify its own opening and closing date/time.
• All entries received after the closing date will not be entered.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners will be chosen at random using a computerised random generator, ensuring a fair and impartial process.
• The draw will take place within 72 hours of the Giveaway closing unless stated otherwise.
• Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification

• Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, unless a different timeframe is stated.
• If a winner does not respond in time, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected.

7. Prizes

• We accept no responsibility for prizes delayed or lost due to third-party courier issues.

9. Publicity

• By entering, winners agree that their first name, initial of surname, and/or social media username may be used for reasonable publicity unless they request otherwise.
• We will not publish home addresses or contact details.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

• Giveaways run through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms.
• Entrants release all social media platforms from liability.

14. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Technical failures
• Lost entries
• Connection issues
• Delays beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud or negligence.

15. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
